Tour Cancellation Policy

     We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our team.

Cancellations by the Customer:

     30+ days before departure: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.

     15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of total tour cost.

     7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of total tour cost.

     Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.

No-Shows:

     No refunds will be issued for no-shows or missed departures.

Cancellations by the Company:

     In the unlikely event that we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, low bookings, force majeure), customers will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no additional cost.

Travel Insurance:

     We strongly recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel delays.
